Return & Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with Filipina Baller. Each item is made to order just for you — which means we do things a little differently when it comes to returns.
❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color or style preference
Because all products are printed on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to check the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
✅ We’ll Gladly Replace Items That Are:
- Misprinted
- Damaged in transit
- The wrong item or size due to our error
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue

📦 Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived after 14 days (US) or 30 days (international), please reach out so we can help track it or file a claim.
